My name is Dimitar Halachev and I represent "Deltaclub", Bulgaria
- the organizer of the event FAI2 Balkans HG Open Cup 2013. I am really worried
about the statement of Mr Ougrinov - Oggy that the "Bulgarian National Aero Club
(BNAC) has not sanctioned the 2013 Balkan Cup" and I really consider it abusing
and incorrect statement aiming to impair the potency of the event. Here is a

Would like to add - Sopot, Bulgaria is the site for the 13th FAI
World Paragliding Championship - 13 Jul to 26 Jul 2013. Sopot is a well known
flying site in the central part of Bulgaria and a cable car transports pilots
900 m up the southern slopes of the Balkan mountain to the spacious and grassy
launch. This cable car is less good for hang glider transportation as the wing
has to be balanced on the back of the seat and the front handle. This method
works but modern hang gliders are rather expensive to be be transported this way
and that is the reason for me and my fellow hang glider pilots to drive to other
launches reachable by car.
