Steve Bellerby writes an email to the cops.

He was walking along Anderson (the south most road in Groveland just to our
north) when a pit bull jump easily over a chain link fence on the other side of
the street and ran for him. Steve, backed up again a barb wire fence, attacked
back keeping the dog at bay for the next five minutes as first he and then the
dog threatened each other with aggressive barking and yelling.

Finally he was able to get away from the dog. When he made it back to Quest Air
he wrote to the Groveland Mayor and to the police department warning them that
there was this dangerous dog who wasn't restrained at all by the fence around
his yard, that he had leaped a foot over it in one attempt.

The next day, he received this email:

Mr. Bellerby,

Lake County Animal Control came today around 1:00 pm concerning this dog. The
owner of the dog turned it over to lake County Animal Control. Hopefully this
will correct the issue.
