My name is Dimitar Halachev and I represent "Deltaclub" Bulgaria - one of the
organizers of the event. I am really worried about the statement of Mr. Ougrinov
that "Bulgarian National Aero Club (BNAC) has not sanctioned the 2013 Balkan
Cup" and I really consider it abusing and incorrect statement aiming to impair

Also we want to inform you that this event is legitimate by BNAC and we are able
to present an official statement from the National Aero Club of Bulgaria (BNAC).
I would like to ask you to remove the posts of Oggy because they are abusing and
try to make negative PR to famous flying sites in Bulgaria as Sopot and Koniavo.
They contain lies and statements that try to denigrate the work of many people
developing hang gliding and other kind of air sports. I think this is making a
bad image of Bulgaria.

Open Cup 2013 and to inform you that there is a change in the dates so the
competition will take place from the 1st to the 8th of June 2013 and to ask you
