Who is in charge of marketing your harnesses?
Wayne Michelsen writes:
I really need a new harness, and am interested in the typical
contenders: Covert, Matrix, Tenax, Shadow, etc. (Yes, I'm aware the Covert has a
precarious future.) However, at best, the websites have minimal descriptions and
a few thumbnail photos of their 4-yr old model. I try to examine whatever
examples I come across at flying sites, but those are mostly older versions,
also. And, it's creepy to dig around someone's dirty sweaty gear. How is a potential customer supposed to find sufficient information to make a
choice? I'd really like to know about features, materials, construction,
options, etc. I know the top comp guys have opportunities to see/compare the
latest-greatest stuff, and get personalized service. How are the rest of us
supposed to make a decision?
