Unlike previous editions, FS 2013 comes only with the most recent
versions of both CIVL’s and the PWCA’s official scoring formulas: GAP2013 and
PWC2013.

If older versions of either GAP or PWC formulas are required, these are now
available with the optional FS Legacy Formula Pack, which can be downloaded and
installed from the same link above.
