After I sought clarification he wrote:

For now only my glider. We are still working on the DHV-Gütesiegel
for all other T2C 144's. Since Christof Kratzner flew my glider and we compared
some parts of the glider at random with the documentation (part of the DHV
process), I asked the DHV for a preliminary "Gütesiegel" for that glider.
Especially because there are some German pilots interested in flying the T2C
leally. As soon as we have the DHV-Gütesiegel they can order a glider.
