We have a tow boat which is considered, by our peers and competitors alike, to
be the industry standard for water-borne operations. A Deep-V hull, truly
designed for offshore conditions, makes the ride safe and comfortable for
passengers and crew. This boat is a proven powerhouse which will haul 6 paying
passengers (UIPV) along with minimum three crew (captain, mate/winch operator,
tandem instructor) The specialized design makes routine the scheduling of four
flights per hour (1500'). Just ask US National Champion Zac Majors.

All flight equipment is nearly brand new. The Falcon 3T was manufactured by
Wills Wing in May 2013, with approximately 300 tandem flights to date. The
incredible, one-of-a-kind harnesses are newly custom built by Fly Center of
Gravity, and a freshly re-packed backup QS550 parachute form High Energy Sports.

All safety equipment, three axle trailer, up to date USCG required visual
signals, Type 1 PFD's, etc. are included with the vessel, as well as spare
parts, maintenance items and supplies too numerous to mention. Spares include a
complete airworthy, recently inspected WW Falcon 3T, pontoons, and set of
harnesses.

In addition to all of this, the intangible marketing value has taken years to
achieve. We have a Facebook Page with nearly 1800 LIKES, over 25 YouTube and
Vimeo videos, marketing throughout the interwebs, website with average 50+
unique visitors worldwide daily, as well as 25,000 4x9 rack cards in circulation
locally.

Other intangible assets include the incredible great location at Whale Harbor
Marina, in Islamorada, FL. For reasons we will not disclose here, this is one of
the only locations in the Florida Keys (or elsewhere) which is suitable for this
