It has been a while, but a realisation of a quick but excellent
improvement has resulted in IGC2KML being updated from v3.3 to v3.5. The
intermediate v3.4 I never released as was quite minor and I was undecided.

The changes that I have introduced are that distances are now measured using
WGS84 rather than FAI (v3.4), but much more usefully the "animated" tracks now
play back smoothly in Google Earth (v3.5). There is no need to stretch the time
span - just drag the point in time or press "play". This is great for watching
how competition tasks developed.
