Step 1: Fill out your waivers and medical
information form electronically and email them as attachments to the meet
organizer,
Belinda Boulter.

If you fill out the waiver and medical information forms and send them in to
Belinda in time (see below) via email or snail mail (and they are complete and
correct) you do not incur any additional costs (see below). We want to keep our
entry fee very low, but that requires a little effort on your part. If you don't
wish to put out that effort, then we charge you for the extra effort that we
incur making up for your lack of effort (we still love you).

Step 2: Fill out your on-line Registration form:

Step 3: Pay your entry fee:



Your completed waivers and medical form, completed on-line registration, and
entry fee must be received by us in the following
amounts given the dates (noon Eastern Daylight Savings Time for the dates below)
below:

 

If we have not received all your completed and accurate forms, on-line
registration, and entry fee by the time and dates above, you will be charged the
later date's entry fee.

Sixty seven pilots have registered. We have heard from two more that are
going to register (or so they say). Fifty one are confirmed (have completed all
three steps). The limit is 70 pilots.
