It's been a little over 100 days since the earthquakes in Nepal, and we would
like to share the progress made in that time all thanks to the donations
received and the hands-on work from our team of 77 volunteers.
Here is a summary of the rescue, relief, and reconstruction work completed by
KarmaFlights.org:
✓ 250 temporary shelters
✓ 9 schools rebuilt/repaired
✓ 2 new schools built
✓ New waste managements programs
✓ 8 mobile library distributions
✓ 3900 students at 43 schools received LOTS of school supplies
But we still have goals in mind!
✓ Building 10 new schools
✓ Finishing repairs at 10 other schools
✓ Building 650 new shelters for children
✓ 1350 families to receive solar lights

I have been told that the Cloudbase Foundation has received very
significant donations for the Karma Flight Nepal efforts precisely because the
foundation is able to give the money directly to people in the field without
having it skimmed by government officials.
