Leading points are not so minor when not everyone starts at the
same time (which is the case when leading points are not supposed to be minor).
They make for a switch in the fourth and fifth position (which is relatively
minor) and allow a tie for sixth and ninth where Cesar took the second clock and
had the fastest time and where Arrival position points were also effective. This
is the biggest effect that I have seen for Leading points, which is supposed to
be the case.
