Your completed waivers and medical form, completed on-line registration, and
entry fee must be received by us in the following amounts given the dates (noon
Eastern Time for the dates below) below:

February 12th,	March 11th,	After March 11th,	After April 1st
$200,	$225,	$250,	$275

If we have not received all your completed and accurate forms, on-line
registration, and entry fee by the time and dates above, you will be charged the
later date's entry fee.
