The Accident Reporting System:

Members don't have access to the reports produced by the Accident Reporting
System and can only use it to report accidents and incidents. What is available
to members are the findings developed from the data in AIRS as linked to above.

Obviously the two latest hang gliding fatalities in the US are not covered in
Mitch's report nor in the 2015 fatality report.
