February 19 - 21 Friday: Looks like a great day for flying with moderate upslope winds, and we
might even see a couple of cu's over Marshall. Saturday: A jump ball on flying. There is an increasing threat of building Santa
Ana winds, but the afternoon onshore (westerly) winds across the LA basin
combined with a bit of a thermal blocking in the Marshall area make for a fair
chance of a flyable window at Marshall for some, and maybe much of the
afternoon. But the Santa Anas are building overhead. Check wind direction when
landing. Sunday: Not likely flyable. The Santa Ana winds are back for a couple of days
with the next flying on Tuesday.
