East 16 mph gusting to 23 mph (3:53 PM)

With a forecast of 10 to 15 mph east southeast winds I felt that it didn't look
like a good day to once again go around the Green Swamp. John Simon, Pedro
Garcia, and Matt Christensen decided to start late and go north to the air field
at Baron and back to Quest Air.

They found strong lift and did not have to turn on the way back but had to pull
in hard to avoid going into the clouds.

John said it was fine up above but very rough on landing.
