Lynn updates it from the AIXM5 Special Use Airspace subscriber files, which are
part of the National Airspace System Resource Files, as published every 56 days
by the National Flight Data Center of the FAA.

For Hang glider/Paraglider/Ultralight Pilots:

These files also contain information for Class E surface areas, note
however that the Class E sources have been marked by the FAA as "BETA - NOT FOR
NAVIGATION)".
