The primary benefit of the carbon is in high speed glide. I feel speeds above
40mph result in a better glide.

Overall the Technora ODL04 sail probably is the best part. It is lighter,
stronger, retains it's shape over time and looks better over time than previous
materials. Even if I wasn't competing, I'd get the T2C for all around
performance and resale value.
