tugs and other resources, so we must have a final count by Friday.

Also, if you haven’t paid your registration fees yet, that must be taken care of
by Friday. Without payment of the registration fees, you will put on the waiting
list and will only be able to participate if there are cancellations.

I think there are likely at least 25 that actually do plan on coming - quite a
few have already paid and we’re just awaiting their paperwork. But, even so,
smallest ever.
