It's been raining a lot this past week around here (Medellin,
Colombia) and a landslide on a major road blocked us from reaching two of our
closest flying sites. So I started to look for another site close by (with the
help of Google Earth) and after two trips on my motorcycle I found a good place.
So this past Saturday we, Daniel Velez, Ani, his wife, and I went there to give
it a try. As we got there rain was pouring, but after it stopped the skies
cleared and we took off for a very nice flight. A long beautiful glide that
ended on a gentle slope.
