Jamie Shelden at the USHPA BOD meeting tells me that only two US
USHPA and CIVL sanctioned hang gliding competitions are scheduled for 2017, both
in June. I'm assuming the their meet organizers will apply for CIVL sanctioning.
This isn't automatic any more. The USHPA office has handled this for the past
few years.
