Dune gooning is a special variation of hang gliding. When you live
at or visit the coast somewhere you can fly in the lift band of 12 to 17 knots
onshore wind on little sand dunes, carving the terrain. Flying close to the
ground needs very accurate steering techniques on a hang glider, but ones you
became an expert its lots and lots of fun.
