Florida Deputy Sheriff Robby Hansen was amazingly obliging.

When we needed access to the property to retrieve the glider, we called the
sheriff out of caution.

I tell pilots to call the sheriff if they have an issue. Matt
Brown did so.

Matt also landed on the grounds of the federal prisons the next day. I had
forgotten to mention to pilots that if they get low near the prisons to land to
the east of them. That worked out well also with a good interaction between Matt
and prison guards.
