The Day 2 of Vuleta Iberica brings us to the Northern side of
Central Massiff. Strong SE wind and inverted air didn't make it easy in the
beginning of the challenge, so I was nearly last leaving the field after a
re-tow, but at the same time was very motivated to cross one of the highest
chains of Spain making it towards famous old town Avilla and then further on to
the goal Airfield Castellanos near Villa Castin. Very rewarding solo flight! The
airmass on this side seems to be much friendlier, so looking forward to the next
jump tomorrow. The glider is already standing ready.
