Idaho hang and paragliding
Some Tekoa pilots checked out this site and launched there last
weekend (no soaring):

There is an unlocked gate at the intersection of Smylie Lane and West Mountain
(FS 185). Just close it after you go through. There apparently is another way to
get up to the top but it is longer, 17 miles from Donnelly. The road is 2 wheel
drive until about 200 yards from the lookout cabin. (Use Google Maps to check
out the roads.)
The pilots launched in light winds from the east near the lookout. No obvious
path to launch down, plenty of small sage brush. I would suggest going up there
when there are cu's over the hill sides (or that's the forecast). This is the
highest peak on the western side of the Long Valley and you can spot it easily
from West Mountain road or highway 55 as you head south.
This site is out of date but it lists Idaho sites:

I have heard that a couple of speed gliders are setting up a site near Horseshoe
Bend.
