We lost power Sunday evening but the worst of Irma missed us. Due
to massive outages, our power wasn't restored until about an hour ago. Not
complaining. The power company had a big big job to do and they did it as
quickly as possible. We had prepared ahead of time and plenty of food and water,
as well as the pool as a water source for the toilet. We've been doing a lot of
clean up of downed branches and such, but the storm caused no significant damage
to the buildings or grounds at Quest Air Hang Gliding. Other than a few trees
that were blown over, we came through the storm as well as could be expected.
