We are planning for a sport class mentored competition this coming
year at Quest Air, just like the last two years. We are working out the details
now.

We want to keep it inexpensive, so it is likely not going to be USHPA/CIVL
sanctioned as that adds to the costs without providing much benefit (Sport class
WPRS points).

It will be an aerotow meet, so that is the most expensive part, but, of course,
the best part because you can be assured of getting into the air no matter what
the wind direction. Also, of course, you'll have thousands of nice green grass
fields to land in, including at goal.

We have a handful of competition-hardened mentors that will help you improve
your cross country and racing/competition skills.

This is just a note to let you know that we are planning for this meet. When we
get it organized we will put up a web site on Airtribune and notify you when you
can register, the costs, etc.
