The results of our survey:

43 pilots have stated that they are, as of now, committed to coming to Big
Spring August 5th through 11th. This is close enough to actually getting 40
pilots to attend to allow us to go ahead and apply for USHPA/CIVL sanctioning
(by October 13th).

We will keep you informed about when you can register, where, the costs of the
competition, aerotow fees, accommodations, etc. There will be live tracking and
registration will be on Airtribune.

We have to apply for RRRG event insurance and this is a significantly laborious
process. We also have to contact Big Spring officials and get the okay in
advance. We will be doing this very soon.
