The meet is filling up quickly. We have 60 slots (we'll confirm
this in mid December). If more than 60 pilots are confirmed we'll attempt to get
addition tugs and tug pilots.

We have to follow the following USHPA rule:

All competitors should be registered on a first-come, first-served
basis except during the first 30 days of registration, where 30% of the
available places may be held for the top 20 NTSS and top 30 WPRS ranked pilots.

First confirmed first served is our interpretation of this rule.
The 30 day window would close on the 22nd of December.

Even if you are confirmed (which means: registered, paid, all forms submitted
and correct), doesn't mean that you will be in the competition. It depends on
the order in which you are confirmed, the number of slots taken by pilots using
the above rule, and how many actual slots we have. We'll keep you posted. If you

Send in three waivers and the medical form including the Quest Waiver as they
will be towing you.

We will keep track of the order in which pilots are confirmed (everything is
time and date stamped), check any forms for errors, and notify pilots if they
are allowed entry into the meet.
