The Creek Fire left our LZ undamaged, except for burning the brush
on the back side of the overshoot hill. We did sustain a bit of wind damage but
nothing we can't fix. San Tiago Estates lost several houses.

As of Thursday evening, mandatory evacuations for the Creek Fire have been
canceled for all of Sylmar, except only for Santiago Estates. The LZ and the
Windsports house are accessible again. Twenty eight houses were lost in Santiago
Estates, and there has been terrible damage along Little Tujunga Road, but our
LZ and the Windsports house survived intact. The launch and LZ remain closed to
flying by TFR.
