Florida has always been a big draw for non-USA pilots wanting to fly in the
early Spring. In 2018 the Quest Air National Series will draw an unusually large
number of pilots from outside the United States. Forty five of the eighty four
pilots registered in class 1 for the competition are non-US pilots. Amazingly
nine are from Venezuela as well as thirteen from Brazil.

Five pilots are coming from the United Kingdom, and six from Canada.

In addition, nine of the twenty one pilots in Sport Class are from outside the
USA.
