Your flights, uploaded on your attending national contest, can be
synchronized with the WXC Server every 24 hours around 9pm UTC.

What this seems to mean is that you have to have a national hang
gliding contest in order to be counted in the CIVL World hang gliding contest
unless you submit your flights to
http://www.paraglidingforum.com/. If you submit them to
http://www.xcontest.org/national/ or
http://www.xcontest.org/
and are not in one of the few nations selected by WXC, then your flights don't
count for this contest.

I wonder why CIVL can't just count any flights submitted to XContest, just as
they do any flights submitted to the paragliding forum.
