I have been a member of the NTEG for several years now. With the CIVL Bureau's
permission (thank you Stéphane and Mitch), I will now officially represent CIVL
within the group. For know, my knowledge of the project is limited to the
linked document.

As work progresses, I will use this thread to report about what is going on in
the project. This will also be the place where I'll be asking for feedback and
comments on our work results, as they emerge.
