The Classic has been hosted and run by the Canungra Hang Gliding
Club for many years and is a competition well respected within the hang gliding
community.

As usual it will be held in October (5th - 12th Oct) when our local conditions
are often dry and warm, therefore providing great cross country conditions.
Despite the Classic being a Cat 2 AAA event, the flying is relaxed but
challenging. So whether you're new to cross country or a veteran of the sport,
PLEASE consider having a go and support your sport, you'll have a lot of fun and
learn heaps with like minded people.
