1. How do you expect to meld the proposed 1000 point NTSS system with the 600 point NTSS system to determine the ranking at the end of 2009? Make this comment under the Scoring-NTSS Validity Section.

2. Why do you think that providing NTSS points to Regional and local meets will encourage participation in them? That is, what evidence do you have that this will be the case? Make this comment under the Three-Tier system Section.

3. Can't we just mentor meet directors and meet organizers at meets without all the elaborate requirements?  And why leave meet organizers out of your program? Make this comment under the Meet Director Apprenticeship Section.
