Aeros Tails - the pitch curve

This is the pitch curve of the Aeros Combat L (don't know which size) with the new tail. It is not clear if the sprogs are set two degrees below the specification on all of these curves. I assume so.
If true the whole point of the tail could be to allow Aeros pilots to lower their sprogs, lower than pilots on other flex wing gliders (and thereby perhaps gaining a competitive advantage). And if CIVL institutes sprog measurements, Aeros will have a very strong argument that they should be allowed to lower theirs to their new specification (say two degrees lower than their previous specification.
Of course, Dennis Pagen, the head of the CIVL Workgroup that is coming up with the specifications, keeps arguing that there should be one degree setting for the inside sprogs and one for the outside sprogs and that these setting should be the same for all manufacturers. Maybe Aeros will get that idea killed.
