This series of photos was taken somewhere (we're too embarrassed to tell where) in Scandinavia recently, by a friend of a friend who is not in the hang gliding community. You certainly have a bad day when you first forget to hook in, and after that soon after your launch number two land in the trees. After that, we're happy it all ended well.

My advice to the pilot is clear - do something else rather than hang glide!
