Sprogs

You all may note that the proposal was careful to state that certified standards, not naming a particular certifying body. However, in my knowledge, the HGMA has not certified a glider in almost a decade. Thus, in practicality (until things change), we are talking about DHV certification. Thats the reality.
Ah, I have been told that this is not true about the HGMA. It sure doesn't seem to be true. See here. How can this level of ignorance be countenanced at the level of leadership of this CIVL Workgroup?
What about the BHPA?
Will only certified gliders be allowed to fly in the Worlds? Which certification bodies will be certified? What about prototypes? (Aren't all our gliders actually prototypes, as they are not exactly like the ones that were certified? Do we really want to get into this?)
Where can we find a list of sprog settings for the various gliders (I've had mine measured before and would like to measure them again)? Does the certification certify the difference in sprog settings between the Wills Wing T2C and T2?
What is the distribution of measurements across differences in humidity, temperature, staff, day time, location, and wind? How were the distance measurements used for certification converted to angular measurements?
