Implementation of strategic plan Managing volatile issues in USHPA Recruitment and hiring of new executive director Recruitment and hiring of new magazine editor Insuring a smooth transition for all stakeholders Weakened connection between regional directors and membership
= 100-150 hours per month
Allocation of time (monthly average since Fall meeting)
Executive Committee and Executive Director teleconferences and phone calls- 7-10 hours Emails average 400 per month- 178 hours Executive Committee business (legal/personnel/business)- 15 hours Board of Directors- 18 hours Committees- 15 hours Chapter presentations approx. 3 hours per month
= 150+ hours per month
