On behalf of the Ukrainian Hang Gliding Federation we would like to ask for your help in our time of trouble. Our dear friend PETRO VASKOVYCH, the designer of all Aeros paragliders, the co-designer of Aeroprakt sport airplanes and Aeros trikes, has been taken ill by leukemia. Petro has a compatible chance of beating this disease if he receives a marrow transplant operation within the next two months.

Time is running short and unfortunately so is the funding to perform this operation. The total medical costs come to approximately €150,000. To our regret the health insurance system does not properly work in Ukraine. The current economic and financial crisis in Ukraine makes it impossible to get bank credit. This amount is much too large for us to raise ourselves, which is why we are reaching out to you dear friends to come together to try and save Petro's life.

He is a young man - 44 years old, married, has two kids, talented designer dying from a curable disease.

We would be eternally grateful for any donations made to Petro's recovery. For each donation we will provide a confirmation of its destination including the receipt and a list of covered procedures.
