On the Pilot Information page (see the left hand menu) there is a long discussion of the various bits and pieces of insurance required to fly at the Worlds (and basically in France). It turns out that the entry fees for the Worlds underestimate the cost of the competition by about 100 Euros. We will be charged that amount to pay for FFVL membership, liability insurance, repatriation insurance, search and rescue insurance, and health insurance for the three week period.
