Mt. Ikeda Cup 2009 had been held in Gifu, Japan from 30th Jul to 2nd Aug. 75 Japanese pilots flew the comp, and Manfred Ruhmer participated in as well. ("Birds Eye View", Japanese ICARO2000 dealer, invited him. He stayed in Japan for three weeks.)
Unfortunately, the conditions were not good due to the rain front hovering around. We could fly on only one poor day and one bomb-out day. Even in such poor conditions, Manfred won the race. Result can be found here: http://7.pro.tok2.com/~kenji55000/ikeda2009/result/total.html.
