Will the USHPA BOD be able to ignore the fact that the King Mountain co-Nationals was given an arbitrary meet validity much higher than would be allowed under the 2006 USHPA Competition Rulebook and in violation of explicit provisions of that Rulebook?

Will the USHPA BOD be able to ignore the fact that the local rules at the King Mountain meet (approved by the USHPA) encourage pilots to break FARs and fly into dangerous cu-nimb conditions in order to win the competition?
