I've received good response to this video. The mix of the GPS track and some in-flight footage holds people's interest and gives a taste of what it's like to fly to non-pilots.
I've posted others like it and often get questions on how I do it.
Install Fraps to record the playback of the track to an avi file.
After that, simply drop the fraps-recorded track into your editing software (Windows Movie Maker comes with Windows). It becomes, simply, another video track to use to keep people from falling asleep during your video.
