Tim Herr, USHPA attorney, has just sent me a letter (as an
attachment to an email with copy going to the USHPA Executive Director, Paul
Montville, who may or may not have been the instigator of this (I suspect
others)) demanding that I take the copy of the Competition Workgroup Proposal
that I had received (not the one I downloaded from the USHPA web site - which I
legitimately possess) off my web site.

I have done so.

I posted this copy of the Competition Workgroup Proposal for your use because it
did not include the extraneous and irrelevant material, but just the revised
competition rulebook proposal.

I love the fact that Tim, no doubt at the behest of others, sent me this
letter. It shows that the USHPA officers are really not appreciating my critique
of their proposal. They are motivated to turn the screws wherever they find
them.

Oh, and what is really funny about this? I provide the link to the Competition
Workgroup proposal as a courtesy to the authors of that proposal so that the
reader can hear their side of the story, not just see the parts that I am
finding objectionable.
