My experience here and now and in the past is that USHPA members
can be completely involved in the USHPA BOD meeting, other than voting (and in
some cases you can vote in the committee meetings). You can make motions and be
involved in the discussions. The chairmen of the meeting will call on you even
if they disagree with you.

So if you are passionate about some issue and want to get involved, and you've
called up Paul Montville and confirmed the actual dates of the meeting, then by
all means show up.
