The USHPA draft committee reports (which make up by far the
content of the BOD meeting) are available here. Thanks to the USHPA BOD for
making these reports available in a timely manner in a draft format before the
minutes of the meeting are finalized.

week. One big item, Owen Morse wins the Presidential Citation for putting
together the wonderful hang gliding display at the John Wayne airport, which
