It's great to have the USHPA admit its mistake and take responsibility for it.
As we all know, we all make mistakes, and the first step toward learning is to
admit them. Of course, in this case, the USHPA admits its mistake, but I still
pay for it.

My sincere thanks to the EC for passing this resolution of this matter.
