I wrote a few days ago about a
motion to amendthe
existing 2006 USHPA Competition Rulebook, specifically the section on National
Team Member Code of Conduct. This motion was tabled and sent back to the
Competition Committee (by itself) for review and didn't go to the BOD.

One thing that is funny about this motion, is that it is an amendment to a
rulebook that the Competition Committee is trying to replace with a new
rulebook, and the new rulebook doesn't have a section about the National Team
Member Code of Conduct. So it appears as though the amendment is an amendment to
a rulebook that will soon be out of date. Besides, the section won't even apply
until 2011.
