I am proud to announce the formal filing of our new non profit
organization.

When all the work of setting up this non-profit 501 (c) 3
foundation is done, then it will be able to accept tax deductible donations.
Currently donations are accepted here:
Donation to Birdmen helping in Ecuador.
The foundation will have a web site, a board of directors, and a way to donate
easily.
