In order to renew memberships online, USHPA members must be within 90 days of
their renewal period. Log into the members-only section of the
www.ushpa.aero website and
click on the membership renewal button. I had to renew my membership before
heading to Austin. Otherwise, I'd be the first one.

This is great news breaking through a bunch of self imposed
barriers to make it easy for pilots to send money (and their yearly waiver) to
the USHPA headquarters. I mean the first thing you do when you have a product is
make it easy for your potential customer to send you the money.

To do the waiver all you have to do is click, click, click. No longer using your
pen to sign the paper and mailing it back in every year. You can make your
credit card payment on-line instead of filling out your credit card number on
the form.

Now what? How about an email reminder when you get within 60 days of renewal?
How about automating a lot more of the communication between the office and the
pilots? and instructors?

This is a great first step. Keep up the good work!
